384 York Street is located on the Town of Canton’s SRAA Subdistrict which requires, most importantly, a minimum of 45,000 square feet and a minimum of 125 linear feet. 384 York Street has 91,476 square feet but it only has 77.3 linear feet of frontage so it’s important that the plans are approved, once again, by the Town of Canton’s Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA). You may not want to close until the plans are, once again, approved by the ZBA.
