Patrick Queally has referred me to a few key clients and I’ve sold them millions of dollars of real estate over the years. I don’t think that I’ve never been able to refer Patrick to a buyer or a home owner that has closed either a purchase loan or a refinance loan with him. I feel guilty.
Patrick has recently moved to Prospect Mortgage. I’ve personally had a good experience with Prospect Mortgage in the past. My sweetheart, Kate, worked with John Jones of Prospect Mortgage in 2014; he helped her close on a single family property in Stoughton using a FannieMae HomeStyle Renovation Mortgage. Prospect Mortgage does a nice job with both the FannieMae HomeStyle Renovation Mortgage and the FHA Section 203(k) Mortgage. In case you’re wondering, I did contact Patrick in order to help Kate with a loan but the company that Patrick previously worked with, Direct Finance Corp., didn’t have access to either the 203(k) or the HomeStyle loan programs.
Why does it matter that Patrick has moved to Prospect Mortgage? I want the best for my clients and I think that Patrick Queally is one of the best mortgage brokers in Massachusetts. He’s experienced, he’s knowledgable and he works hard. Most importantly, he’s accessible and available; he returns emails and phone calls in a timely manner. Prospect Mortgage has a breadth of mortgage products for almost any borrower. It’s a nice fit.
Patrick works with all types of borrowers from first time home buyers to seasoned real estate developers. Patrick has been an active member of the Eastern Massachusetts Real Estate Investors Association (REIA) for many years. He’s also been an active member of the Boston Irish Business Association (BIBA).
I highly recommend Patrick. You will have a good experience with Patrick when he helps you with any of your loan needs. If not, please let me know. And let’s be honest, I owe Patrick. Karma, as they say, is a bitch and I need to help him close some loans or I’m going to be entering a world of pain.
